Booking Policy

To respect everyone’s time, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 6 hours in advance with no charge.
Late cancellations will be charged 50%, and no-shows will be charged in full.
This policy helps reduce no-shows and bookings made with invalid cards, allowing us to keep our schedule fair for clients who genuinely wish to book.
We kindly ask clients to arrive on time. Delays of up to 10 minutes may be accommodated when possible, but anything beyond that can be difficult to manage.
